Master Gears

Master gears are used on Gear Roll testers to check accuracy of rolling (Total Composite Error and Tooth to Tooth Errors) of gears. We manufacture master gears upto a accuracy of DIN class 4.

These are ground on MAAG gear grinders (Swiss make), WMW gear grinders (German make), CNC Hurth SRS405 (German make) & checked on CNC Lead & Profile tester.

Inspection & Calibration Reports are supplied with master gears. Material used is HSS M2. We also undertake regrinding of worn-out master gears to restore the accuracies.
