These are used on Samputensilli-make, Ravjeet- make or Tasa make machines to chamfer the edges of gears used in the automobile industry. They work in pairs to chamfer both sides of the gear & both flanks. Deburring takes place simultaneously in same set-up. This is a very efficient & high production method of Chamfering & Deburring gears. In fact it is the only method suitable for chamfering & deburing shoulder side of shoulder gears.
